2021 Survey Trips
This is a week of scientific survey work in the White Mountains of the Inyo National Forest while staying at the Crooked Creek Station of the White Mountains Research Center surrounded by bristlecone pines. GLORIA participants are National Forest staff, botanists, students, research scientists, and alpine plant enthusiasts. If you have high-elevation experience or are a reasonably competent botanist, we would love to have you!
This is a backpack-in week of scientific survey work in the Langley Peaks area of the Sequoia National Park. The survey takes participants through some of the most scenic high country that the Sierra Nevada has to offer. GLORIA participants are National Forest and National Park staff, botanists, students, research scientists, and alpine plant enthusiasts.
