2022 Carson Range Resurvey

July 26 - August 1, 2022

Carson Range Re-survey

The Carson Range suveys will survey 3 peaks in the Freel Peak area with stunning views and beautiful plants all around. Volunteers are botanists, students, research scientists and citizen scientists. If you have high altitude experience, are a reasonably competent botanist, are familiar with GLORIA-style surveys, we would love to have you!

We will camp to the north of Freel Peak near Willow Creek just off of Luther Pass Rd. Camping will be primitive but in a beautiful Sierran sub-alpine forest. Bring your guitar/banjo/harmonica!
